Gassy Belly Moaning and Groaning
Elf girl eats and digests a huge meal but her stomach is ready for more. She lets you look inside to see how much more room she has. Her stomach gurgles and groans from more. Her meal turns to liquids and gas and churns her belly away. She wants you to feel the inside of her moaning stomach and feel her greedy gut rumble beneath your hand. She lets out massive gurgly burps as the gasses inside of her bottomless pit erupt out her mouth.
