Here's a cool banner that is HUD based. The banner has been made so it can fit both full-size resolution and banner size resolution so it will appear great on platforms such as Youtube for TV resolution. You can also able a black safe zone if you want.
The great thing about this banner is, if there's something you don't like in the HUD, just open up the HUD folder in the Layers panel and disable the parts of it you don't want!

1. Select the text layer
2. Select the text tool
3. double click the text and edit it to your name
