Blue Light Blocking Contacts For Digital Eye Strain?
Are there contact lenses that block blue light? Can blue light blocking contacts help with digital eye strain? There are few brands that do have a blue light filter technology in the contacts, but do they work?

IN THIS VIDEO:
Acuvue Oasys 1-day Max is the main line of contacts from Acuvue that has a blue light filter. Alcon also has Total 30 contacts and their Dailies Total 1 for Astigmatism that has some blue light blocking technology. Each of these lenses do have a slight yellow tint, but difficult to notice when wearing them. Acuvue Transitions lenses also blocked a little bit of blue light, but as of January 2024, these contacts have been discontinued.
