This is the one hundred eleventh episode of Tom and Jerry released to theaters on March 7, 1958.
This is the first time when both Jerry and Tuffy feel sorry for Tom almost getting executed, which leads to Tuffy singing the king back to sleep.
This was the only Mouseketeer short in Tom and Jerry history to be produced by both William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.
