The CovViz tool from Base2 Genomics provides a fast, powerful approach to visualizing whole genome sequencing data in a way that is not possible with other genome browsers. This enables essential quality control and detection of aneuploidies, sex chromosome anomalies, and structural variants that are often missed by existing tools.
