Jesus Was Foreshadowed In Genesis!!
Abraham sacrificing his son Isaac in the book of Genesis is a direct parallel to God sending His one and only Son to be sacrificed. Isaac willingly offered himself up for his father and also carried the wood on the way to the place of sacrifice, just like Jesus! The covenant established between God and Abraham after the ram was sacrificed instead is extremely similar to the covenant we now have through Christ Jesus, who died for our sins and has given us a path to eternal life!
What are your thoughts on this? Have you ever thought about Abraham and Isaac being a parallel to Jesus on the cross? #shorts #god #christianity
