I tested a real estate investment offered by a crowdfunding site: Anaxago.
I have no commercial or financial ties with Anaxago.
My results (return):
I donated €2,040 to Anaxago (€2,000 + €40 fees).
The investment lasted 16 months. After 16 months, I earned €2,311 (13% more)
