Come on Down! The Price is Right Live in Wilmington - RTDNA Submission
Back in March, "The Price is Right Live" stage show came to Wilmington for two sold out shows. Being a life-long game show fan with aspirations of becoming a full-time game show host, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to not only live out my dream but go behind the scenes and experience the show from all angles. With my game show mic, and name tag, I scoured the venue inside and out and spoke to perspective contestants of all backgrounds-- sharing in their excitement, recollections and expectations for the show. I was also given exclusive access behind the scenes to host Todd Newton. I also got to spin the big wheel, and walk through the big doors, as Bob Barker did for 35 years. This was hands down the highlight of my 10-year career.
