Step 1. Open the telegram app.
Step 2. If the contact has blocked you in telegram then the status update of the contact that may have blocked you may not have visible any longer to you.
Step 3. Go and view their profile picture .If you are not being able to see their profile picture but it has been replace by their respected initials of the contacts name then their is high possibility tat you might have been blocked.
Step 4. If someone blocked you on Telegram you'll not be able to see their last seen status update. If it is visible then the contact have not blocked you on telegram yet.
Step 5. You can also go and tap to the three dots on the upper right corner and then tap on the call option.
Step 6. Try calling the contact. If you're not been able to call the contact then there is a high possibility that you might have been blocked on Telegram.
