When it comes to real-time Global Illumination Unreal Engine famously has Lumen. Godot has SDFGI and Unity has... um... nothing. But that is changing, with the upcoming Unity 6.7 release (currently in Alpha) Unity is getting real-time global GI in the form of Surface Cache GI.
You can also look at this video as a step by step tutorial on setting up SCGI in Unity... a process that is currently WAY too complicated. Hopefully this improved as Unity 6.7 moves out of alpha!
