MISTAKE 3: DIRECTLY SKILLING TWICE
With the R5 sacrificial bow, you can use skill 2, giving you the advantage of continuously raising your shield. However, don't get too carried away and make the mistake of immediately using skill 2 times, wasting the sacrificial bow's usefulness. Furthermore, we'll discuss the mistakes of using the sacrificial bow in more detail in mistake 4.
MISTAKE 4: TAPING SKILLS
A common mistake is tapping skills. Three mistakes that occur when you tap a skill are:
First, the shield duration is shortened. For Skill level 7 and above, tapping the skill will grant you two missiles, which will only last 4.8 seconds, with each missile being 2.4 seconds long. Holding the skill will generate five missiles, meaning your shield will last for 12 seconds. The cooldown created by tapping the skill is shorter at 6 seconds, and this 5-second shield isn't very efficient, considering you have to frequently switch to Diona just to activate her shield. Holding the skill reduces the cooldown to 15 seconds, and with a 12-second shield, it's sufficient to protect your main DPS on the field. You can use the remaining 3 seconds to rotate your main DPS with other characters for buffs, or activate off-field DPS and switch to Diona again to activate her shield until you switch back to your main DPS. For sacrificial skills, which can directly reset your skills, it's more efficient to hold the skill to reset the 15-second cooldown of the hold skill rather than resetting the skill's 6-second cooldown.
Secondly, when you tap, your shield will be thinner than when you hold it.
And thirdly, the elemental particles provided by tapping are fewer than when holding the skill. A small note: if you're using the Favonius Warbow, its passive will generate elemental particles when you critically hit an enemy. The chance of critically hitting an enemy is higher with 5 missiles than with 2 missiles.
Note: If you're using a sacrificial bow, if you hold the skill and then tap, the shield will follow the last skill you used, meaning a thinner shield. If you do the opposite, using a skill and then holding the skill, the shield will be thicker.

Actually, Diona can be part of any team as long as you need a shield. Kokobear is only recommending a few teams to give you an idea, but feel free to create your own.
CONSTELLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
C1 Great for helping fuel Diona's burst.
C2 will allow your Diona to provide a shield to your co-op party.
C4 Not worth it.
C6 Great because it increases the heal of characters with very low HP, and also provides additional Elemental Mastery, which is useful for anemo characters or increases elemental reaction damage.
IS IT WORTH THE INVESTMENT?
Diona is one of the characters that Kokobear personally finds highly worth investing in, and Kokobear still brings her into the Spiral Abyss. Her shield and heal can provide extra security when facing bosses like Maguu Kenki or the Perpetual Mechanical Array in Spiral Abyss 2.7, and allow your Main DPS to focus on unleashing deadly attacks without fear of being attacked by the boss.
