Plate Chaos Drill

In this video Cav demonstrates his Plate Chaos drill, which utilizes two pistol plate racks (6 plates each) and a stationary stop plate placed in the middle. The goal of this drill is to shoot the course in the shortest amount of time possible with the least amount of makeup shots.
