The MP-I injector is designed for injecting meat with brine supplied under pressure through needles. It is suitable for both bone-in and boneless meat, meat parts, chicken carcasses, and components. The needles have small holes located along the shaft and/or at the tip. Each meat injector comes with several types of needles, allowing selection of needle thickness and quantity depending on the size of the semi-finished product.
