Today we are making one of my favorite shish kebab recipes.

2.5KG pork neck
5 red onions
400ml soy sauce
6 tablespoons brown sugar
8 tablespoons maple syrup
65g ginger
5 cloves of garlic
120ml sunflower oil
5 lime
5-6 teaspoons chilli flakes
