In this video I guide my friend Marley (from PLBoost.com) through the process of recreating his Google Sheets based CRM for outreach inside of Airtable.
This is a pretty high level overview but it will give you an idea of Airtable vs Google Sheets in terms of the CRM ability. While Sheets has lots of similar functionality, and even functionality that Airtable lacks (like Macros), Airtable is generally a more scalable, sustainable and easy to organize option because of its relational database capabilities.
