In this quick tutorial, I’ll show you step by step how to integrate Calendly with Zoom or Google Meet in 2025 — so your meetings are set up instantly when someone books with you.
First, open Calendly.com and go to your “Integrations” tab in the left menu.
Here, you’ll see a list of available apps — click on Zoom or Google Meet depending on which one you use.
If you’re connecting Zoom, click Connect, log into your Zoom account, and give Calendly permission to access it.
Once done, Calendly will automatically generate a Zoom meeting link for every new booking. 🎥
If you prefer Google Meet, click on Google Calendar integration instead.
Make sure your Google account is connected — then toggle “Add Google Meet link to events” on.
That’s it! Every time someone schedules a meeting with you, Calendly will automatically create a Google Meet link inside your calendar event.
