How to set up the WHMCS knowledgebase
• Log into your WHMCS Admin panel.
• Go to Support menu and click on knowledgebase. Scroll down. Click on Add category button. Give category name and description and click on Add category button.
• Fill in the article name and click on add article button. Add article body and click on save changes button.
