Cuphead - Phantom Express Expert Any%
Played on PC.
Working on full run strats for 300% and managed to push the Phantom Express Expert time down by another second! I used some pretty aggressive strats for first phase to finish it marginally quicker by taking two damage boosts in order to shoot 3 Spread EXs. Still don't have any viable way to get the 2nd phase one cycle with this weapon combo though, so it's unlikely this time will get pushed down any further without that.
