how to change team fortress 2 language (the only working way)
For the steam users if you don't have rev just go to your steam change the english language to any other language you know then close steam and reset the language to english and make it the main language hope this helped
and if you have rev here is the instructions
you want to go to where your team fortress 2 is located and then open rev with notepad or whatever you got and then change Language= Russian or whatever it is to Language= English
