Crunchy cheese rolls without yeast and waiting
Excellent, leafy and crispy cheese rolls without yeast and waiting for the dough to grow. They can be filled with potatoes and meat, if desired, it is simplest with cheese and they are very tasty as this cheese is older and saltier, like feta cheese.
Ingredients for the test:

1 tablespoon salt
700 g soft flour + to knead
1 egg
200 g butter
Stuffing:
500 g cheese
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
