"Resurrection" by endevvor | Geometry Dash
Finished in June 2020 in the timespan of about 2-3 months. This was a remake of Extinction by HaoN made for the GDS CC, where the goal was to remake any past level that had been entered into a creator contest. I ended up taking an honorable mention in 14th place, which was kind of awesome.
Looking back at this level now, I feel as though I failed a lot with capturing the theming and the atmosphere that the original level had. However, this level will still be a big part of me as my first rate, my first epic, and my first weekly. I checked so many boxes the day this got rated that I might as well have gotten moderator too.
