Installation Notes:
I only got this game once it became free-to-play. I also got the Holiday Celebration free pack from 2014 since that's still free. I also took advantage of EA offering me My First Pet Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, and the Blooming Rooms Kit for free (though there was a time limit to obtain each one for free). No, I don't have the Cats and Dogs expansion pack. I also obtained the Grim Reaper themed guitar by subscribing to EA's emails... and then immediately opting out, keeping the guitar. Since the video with eight Grim Reapers, I purchased Seasons and Growing Together. During this series, I also picked up Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, and Paranormal Stuff since they were all 30% off and that saved me $15.
