This Microsoft Teams tutorial will demonstrate how to make files read only in Microsoft Teams. Specifically, it will demonstrate how to make files read only in MS Teams. Microsoft teams files read only, can be accomplished by navigating to the SharePoint Online site that the files are stored, right-clicking on a file, and clicking "manage access". In the manage access menu, you can enable Microsoft teams read only mode, which will prevent Team members from being able to edit files and restrict them to Microsoft Teams read only permissions. This tutorial will also demonstrate Microsoft Teams folder read only which will make an entire folder read-only for Team members.
