Cold War Graphics Issue
Textures and shaders are doing weird things. RTX 3090 and i have reinstalled latest driver, reinstalled the game, set GPU to default and uninstalled EVGA X1, reinstalled shaders, changed settings ray tracing on off HD vs standard textures, nothing is fixing this. Any ideas or help would be awesome as I am running out of ideas.
