An architectural model is not just a 3D image; it is a virtually constructed house, taking all the details into account.
The architectural model is the basis for the structural model, the internal and external utility plans, and the interior design.
Although it is not yet a project for construction, the model contains many important details.
Wall structure: external plank cladding, battens, counter battens, insulation, reinforced concrete frame, interior finishing.
Garage roof junction (first level) to the façade of a two-story house: the façade insulation is interrupted, and an extruded polystyrene foam insert is attached to it to prevent the façade from getting wet.
The facade finish is combined: some of the facades are plastered, others are finished with planks. The façade adjoining the balcony, which has a plank floor, is also finished with wood.
An architectural model of the site is being created based on a topographic survey. This will serve as the basis for the landscaping project.
