Lee Hyun, an ordinary college student, becomes a hostess at a room salon run by a criminal organization to pay off the debt after her father passes away leaving behind a large debt to the organization.
As time passes and she is about to pay off her father's debt, Lee Hyun attempts a life-threatening escape from the organization and enters a women's education center.
There, she meets and becomes close with Yumi, Seora, and Hyemin, who are in similar circumstances, and they are discharged on the same day six months later.
With nowhere else to go, they end up at a salon on the East Coast that Hyemin knows of. There, Lee Hyun meets Sang-won, an upstanding young man, and falls in love with him, but believing they are not a good match, she ends up confessing her circumstances to him.
So, Lee-hyun runs a bar to raise money, while Yu-mi, consumed by grief over her own children, decides to care for orphans.
However, their peaceful life is short-lived as rivals in the same industry begin to interfere, and a dark organization attempts to recruit them through threats and coercion.
