-- ESP files --
If you only have Fallout 3, use AdjustedWeather_Main.esp.
If you have Fallout 3 and DLC's/GOTY Edition: Use AdjustedWeather_Main.esp and AdjustedWeather_PointLookout.esp.
(You can find these files in the data folder. You need to copy them to the game's data folder)
-- Installation --
1) Extract files to the main folder
2) Activate AdjustedWeather_Main.esp and AdjustedWeather_PointLookout.esp (At the loader open "Data files" and you will find it)
3) Get yourself the ENB wrapper version d3d9.dll from enb site.
4) Extract d3d9.dll to main folder
4) Enjoy
