FedEx on some Shady Sh*t
About this Video: Alot of people claim the FedEx Shipping is the worst parcel delivery service, and this video will explain in more in depth why that is. I usually don't make videos like this, but It's my duty to spread awareness on this big issue.
Explanation: I ordered a Ps5 - Digital on November 9th, 2021 from Walmart. It was confirmed to be shipped by FedEx on Friday November 12th at 2.27 pm.
below are the timelines and explanations of what happened on these dates:
November 14, 2021 at 6:17 AM - On FedEx vehicle for delivery
November 14, 2021 at 11:34 AM - Delivery Exception, Customer not available or business closed:
When I saw this I had actually woke up late so, I chalked it up as my fault and waited the next day. There was a door tag number on the FedEx app, but no actual physical door tag left on apartment door.

I found this very strange. There was no notification or tracking update for it being out for delivery. and then I didn't hear any door bell or anything. But I still decided to be patient.

So frustrated I finally called FedEx customer service for them to tell me the driver attempted to deliver, and left a door tag and that wasn't the case all. And That I might have to pick it up.

Uhhh, What!? Never even met the driver ti sign for my package, so how did it get rejected? I called customer service immediately and they transferred me to my local FedEx Package Overseer who said I had to come and pick it up.
When I came to get it, the Overseer said that they switched the shipping box because it was damaged, and I was very skeptical of that. So I opened the box to make sure my Ps5 was in there. Then I noticed it seemed like the tape that keeps it sealed, was tampered with as well! so I proceeded in actually opening the Ps5 box and checking all its contents to make sure I haven't been scammed by FedEx. Luckily everything was in there. But left a very very sour and distrustful taste in my mouth from FedEx. The package was marked as delivered at 3:26 PM.
Now fast Forward to today, I have been having the same exact issues with a Ps5 Disk Version I purchased from Walmart on November 22, 2021. Also shipped by FedEx of course! This package was confirmed to be shipped by FedEx on November 26, 2021. Details and Timelines below:

Yet again! this generic ass delivery attempt message when literally the driver did not ring, or even leave a note/doortag again to let me know when or how I missed him. Bs all the way so I called customer service and they give me the run around again.

This is when I learned what really was going on. After all these delivery "attempts" that gas occurred I took it apon myself to actually sit outside my apartment basically all day until 3:06 PM when my FedEx notification said my package had been of course: "Delivery Exception, Customer not available or business closed". Which was a complete lie! No one! and I mean no one tried, or even came into my complex to even try to deliver anything! So all this time, it feels like it really was a elaborate scheme to try to keep my Ps5. I immediately called customer service and they some help, and some don't. I even called Walmart, but there's not much they can do on my end until the expected delivery date is up. So I have no choice to wait to tomorrow.

Inspection for what! Why does my Ps5 need inspecting when literally no one has been trying to deliver it at all! shady as shit! I immediately call FedEx Customer service again, but this time they transfer to the same Overseer I talked to last time. This is where this video started. I was explaining to her the shady tactics going on how there were no real deliveries, and that the driver was false attempting deliveries for what seem liked a elaborate scheme.
