Characteristic and Function of cream&liquid filling machine:
1. Single-head penumatic Filling Machine was improved and created on the basis of the advanced filling machine technology. The structure of liquid filling machine is more simple and reasonable with high accuracy, and convenient operation.

1. Model 250,500,1000 use five-holes valve,SS 316 stainless steel,this valve can be used for filling paste and fluid products(we are applying for a patent)design for easy clean, no blind corner.
2. With counting device, machine can count the filling times automatically;
3. Material contact parts is made of 316 stainless steel, in line with the requirements of GMP standard;
4. Filling head use anti-drop device, which keep each filling action clean, and the filling head place and height is adjustable,two filling head size attached with machine;
5. Filling speed is quick, it can reach 30times filling action per minute, take 500ml water for instance, filling accuracy is ±1% .

Suitable for medicine,daily life products, food and special industries.And it is an ideal device for adhesive fluid filling.
