Rate Stretch Tool
Watch how easy it is to retime a clip to fit an edit point. Now you can fill a specific duration with specific content. Bonus: learn how to use the Rate Stretch Tool in conjunction with the options in the Clip Speed/Duration window.
•Press “R” to select the rate stretch tool.
•Click and drag on the end of a clip.
•This makes it easy to retime content to an edit point.
•Note the retimed clip shows the speed adjustment percentage.
•Enter this percentage in the Clip Speed/Duration window to get the same effect plus maintain audio pitch.
