Countersinking aluminum technique
Technique I've started using with aluminum pieces when countersinking was required from the aircraft plans.
I used a simple 4x6 board as a base for the pilot of the countersink and cleco'd the piece that is being worked on to that board. This allowed for a stable base and made the work easy.
