This was the way I found to have Ubuntu and Mac Os X in the same SSD/HDD . it works for me probably people do it a different way.
1st SSD BIG SOUR
2nd SSD Windows 10
3rd UBUNTO + Mac OS X Catalina
4th HDD 3T for DATA (available to all Operating Systems)
*I am using OPEN CORE in the Big Sur SSD
*Windows 10 is in a separate SSD
The only way I found to create a new partition and format it in order it can be read from Windows , Mac and Linux.
