Welcome to Nocturnal Simulations, where every week we bring you 90 seconds of tech tips helping you maximize graphics and performance within Microsoft Flight Simulator, ensuring a smooth and stutter free experience at a whole new level!
This week we will be talking about Terrain Level of Details and Object Level of Details. Both of these are likely to affect your system the most but also give you the most visual appeal possible for on ground assets.
These settings affect the level of detail in the terrain and objects, with higher settings providing more visual detail but also decreasing performance. We will be showing you the settings at 100, 200, 300, and 400 for terrain level of detail and 100 and 200 for object level of detail.
Keep in mind that higher settings require more processing power, so if you have a lower-end system, you may need to adjust these settings accordingly to ensure a smooth and stutter-free experience.
