IoTeX is the privacy-centric blockchain infrastructure for the Internet of Things. We are thrilled to announce that our second code release (codename: "Strive") is officially open sourced. Strive is not only an enhancement to the existing Testnet Preview ("StoneVan") code, but it also adds a number of exciting innovations that we designed completely in-house, including our optimized elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) library, full implementation of our Roll-DPoS consensus mechanism with voting support, and account-based record keeping in preparation for sub-chain management. In this video, we review the key features of Strive and present two demos. In the first demo, we show IoTeX’s Strive code being run on a variety of lightweight IoT devices (Raspberry Pi, VoCore2, Pocket Beagle). In the second demo, we review the new IoTeX Explorer, and provide an overview of the Testnet setup across 21 candidates and 7 delegate nodes.
