Today in the video I will talk about how the German company Piranha Bytes was born and how its small team created a masterpiece – Gothic 1. The dark fantasy created by German hands, with soul and love, is still included in the charts of the best RPGs of all time, and in Germany, Poland and Russia the game has gained a cult status. A clever interweaving of atmosphere, an incredible soundtrack, amazing localization from 1C and Snowball (and Russobit-M, of course), excellent and not outdated gameplay resulted in many years of fan support afloat.
