"It's just good business." By siding with Thomas Black, the Wayfarer turns the tables on the Vagabonds in their turf war. The Isle of Dogs Syndicate questline has 3 quests, Clearing House, Shooting the Messengers and Syndication.
This path is arguably the the worst path of the Vagabonds storyline, with a mediocre perk (John Hancock's affinity perk from Fallout 4) and destroying former allies in the Vagabonds for a smarmy arsehole like Thomas Black.
