Esports Coaching Academy - An Introduction
The Esports Coaching Academy was founded in 2018 in Reykjavík, Iceland by Ólafur Steinarsson, who led the development of the Icelandic grassroots esports ecosystem through the Icelandic Esports Association. The ECA envisions a world where youth esports is viewed as an equally valuable pursuit as traditional youth sports.
