Steam Deck Tips & Tricks - How to transfer games from desktop to Steam Deck
It's currently only available in the beta build but it should be rolled out soon. You can only transfer from desktop to Steam Deck so far.
1. On your desktop, go to Steam - Settings - Account - Beta Participation
2. Change to "Steam Beta Update"
3. Steam will restart after downloading the update
4. On the Steam Deck go to Settings - Downloads - Game File Transfer Over Local Network
5. Change to "Allow transfers from my own PC"
6. Download any game that is already installed on your desktop to your Steam Deck
