AFTER EFFECTS - THOR BIFROST EFFECT - TEST 1
In this clip I use drone footage of my back yard to establish a cool angle for this effect. Now here is the breakdown of the effect.
1. Begin with tracking the shot and getting a good solve, I use the camera tracker from the foundry but work with what you got! :)
2 Using Element3D to create the shimmering main beam of the bifrost.
3. Added a smoke plume along the entire length of the bifrost (your shot may need a longer or shorter one )
4. Stock footage of a shock wave ( Royalty free stock footage is your friend in this type of a shot if you can't afford it)
5. Add the bifrost stamp to the bottom and color grade because you are done
