African Chant
*Sorry about the clipping sounds... I recorded a lot of four bar phrases of my voice and then just looped it and it obviously was not very seemless.
Was antsy to try out my new PreSonus AudioBox 2i2 and it definitely didn't disappoint! All tracks were created, composed and sang/played by myself and the video created in a couple of hours. I believe there were 8 or 9 vocal tracks and then one track of me recording a hand drum. All of these takes were done with me holding the microphone... it was late and I didn't think I'd make a whole project but decided to go for it. Definitely rough, a good bit of reverb and effects added on the tracks to beef up the sound, but no pitch correction at all.
Recorded with a NADY TCM 1050 Condenser Microphone through my AudioBox and into GarageBand on my MacBook Pro.
