Let's talk about how to use the search module that's inside the Medisoft reports can be a little bit overwhelming because there are so many reports in Medisoft to work with. You see here when we open up reports we have to find report were going to do a search here and a good example that I am going to talk about is you looking for a patient list by primary insurance well kind a bit a little step that looks like it’s going to be, so were gonna go type in list and find now we have patient birthday list, patient list by attorney that's close and I don't see anything here by primary insurance oh the funny thing we found out a long time ago most of these reports were not written by billers so they really don’t go by the vernacular that billers usually know. This is a good one to find out the patient list by primary insurance because its kinda listed under something else. The idea here is to use different words that means the same thing and think the longest line and I found that census its where were gonna find that exact thing, patient census by carrier and that's the thing because you know that government does their census once every ten years they go around and click names, addresses, phone numbers that's what the census is and so in a geeky term that's patient census by carrier is going to be your primary insurance the patient list by primary insurance although not what we do this we find it in the list, click on it and were able to get it there and run a report accordingly. Hey there you go there's a patient census or patient list, name, address, phone number for each patient broken down by their primary insurance.
