Roblox cannot launch

First of all, I didn’t get any error messages.
As I click “Start Game”, the Roblox start to launch. However, the launch wouldn’t success and there is no windows showing up. The program seems to be failed, even though I’ve tried to re-download Roblox but it doesn’t work. This happens around January, which means that the issue doesn’t occurs before then. January 22th is the date that I found out I couldn’t play Roblox anymore. I’m using Google Chrome as browser, and my computer is LG Gram Z980, which uses Windows as the operating system.
