To get this Electroculus, which is inside the barrier, you need to collect some Electrogranum, so you can go through inside the barrier.

To get this next Electroculus, which is inside the Lighting Seal Barrier, you need level up (Sacred Sakura's Favor Tree) up-to level 2 or 7 at least, this will increase your duration of carrying Electrogranum more, and also you need to have lot’s of stamina, to do this, you need to offer lot's of (Electro Sigil) to level up that Tree, than you need to carry some Electrogranum and go inside the Lighting Seal Barrier.

To get this Electroculus, which is inside the barrier, you need to collect some Electrogranum, so you can go through inside the barrier.

To get this Electroculus, you need to lower the water level, bring 3 Spirit Seelies back to the statues inside the cave just near to big Tree.
To get this Electroculus, you need to solve lot's puzzle inside the cave, because door is locked when come here to lift the fog, i already made guide for this,(a particularly particular author) quest guide look for third part, in that guide (shirikoro peak), to unlock these all doors.

To get this next Electroculus, which is inside the Lighting Seal Barrier, you need level up (Sacred Sakura's Favor Tree) up-to level 7 at least, this will increase your duration of carrying Electrogranum more, and also you need to have lot’s of stamina, to do this, you need to offer lot's of (Electro Sigil) to level up that Tree, than you need to carry some Electrogranum and go inside the Lighting Seal Barrier, and (note that my level is 2, i can't go inside Lighting Seal Barrier, but i will show how get there).

To get this final Electroculus, which is inside the cave (Shirikoro Peak), it’s hidden behind wall you can’t get, you need item called (Peculiar Pinion) gadget, which you will get by doing world quest, (Octave Of The Maushiro) which day 2 quest from main quest (Through The Mist), if already completed side quest (A Particularly Particular Author) day 1 quest, day 2 quest (Octave Of The Maushiro) start automatically after that.
