A small balance update for Poland in EU4
Poland is known by many as an extremely powerful tag in every playthrough of Eu4, MP or single-player. Today, I made a mod to fix this.

Poland - Historically a very dominant country. And we all know it was way way way too powerful in EU4. This mods aims to address this by introducing some small nerfs and rebalances to bring Poland more in line with other historically strong tags, while also not putting it in a position where it is completely outclassed. Hence, a combination of historical fixes and small balance changes brings Poland into a position where in EU4 MP campaigns it is actually able to compete with other tags without completely dominating the competition.
Actually compatible with Leviathan this time? Does that mean Leviathan is finally compatible with EU4? Of course not, but hey they are working on it at least so I have to commend the progress :)
