SEGA Rally Revo PC smooth frame rate, no bad frame pacing
Many people complain that the PC version of Sega Rally Revo has horrible frame pacing, and they'd be right... sort of.
It turns out that the bad frame pacing was only introduced in the v.4.060 patch, and that the original unpatched version on the DVD runs just fine.
This footage was played/recorded at 1440p 120fps, specs are: i7-12700, 32GB DDR4, RTX 4060, Windows 11.
(I think the big chug at 4:36 was a capture issue, not the game)
If you can't get this to work, try the "ISO image of original DVD" from My Abandonware.
