Street Fighter 6 Ryu Wish List Changes! In-Depth Discussion
Why aren't we seeing much Ryu in tournament play for Street Fighter 6? Today we discuss some changes we would like to see Ryu get for the next balance patch. I think Capcom should largely focus on his Denjin stock system; it seems unintuitive at times since you can't throw any fireballs without losing the stock. There are also some normal attacks that are inconsistent with those of other characters. I expect some major changes for Ryu to compete with the other Shotos in the game, especially with Akuma eventually being released.
