Thus this, now, 25 November 2025, is a second video about making this oscilloscope circuit (with a static deflection CRT) that can (and will be) useful.
Pertinax = Baekelite plate.
And: let the silicon kit cure out! Use a small layer. The acetic acid of the silicone kit must damp out completely. Can take 3 days.
That is my aim: to test electronic components: coils and capacitors, perhaps also testing semiconductors. Will that succeed? I don’t know, but have some idea’s.
So in general: that must be possible, when we look to the radio/electronics/physics theory.
Thus this test circuit will perhaps be without a sawtooth generator (= time base) for the horizontal sweep. But it could be that I have to use it…If so: I will publish that on YT.
My first idea is to use the 50 or 60 Hz sine waves out of our mains supply, to be used as horizontal sweep.
Basic setup (thus): to use this in this simple setup as an indicator, to show properties on the CRT screen. I want to use the hor. & vert. plates with high 4 x value resistors (order: 1 MegaOhm) to make them very sensitive.
Though in some circuits (1920’s-1960’s) some plates are soldered together and/or go both to ground, especially the hor. plates. That will be the reason why I want to use potentiometers to the horizontal and vertical plates, fox maximum varieties.

I keep all my YT videos constant actual. Search on YT and avoid my circuits that are republished, re-arranged, re-edited on other websites, giving not probable re-wiring, etc. I take distance from all kinds of fake claims, made via republishing on www.
My protest: the EU (not all states, by the way) and especially miss V.d. Leyen, who has no democratic liability at all, she was never chosen in a democratic way (!, please realize this…!) destruct peace treaties regarding Ukraine.
Furthermore: that EU Commission brings us, EU States, like the Netherlands, where I live, in severe problems and forces us to apply non democratic measures to our country, the Netherlands, but also to all EU countries. It was never (!) the idea of the EEG constitution (1960’s, 1970’s). We must go back to that, the bare essentials of the EU.
The EU States (not all by the way) are destructing since 25 Nov. 2025 the peace plan for Ukraine, proposed by the US and Mr. Trump.
It is absolutely not necessary to do this or comply with that EU idea.
Thus: please, Ukrainians: you have suffered so much, so many of your youngsters (say 1.2 million of them) have died already, thus move yourselve away from mr. Zelensky.
Don’t believe in these all EU plans, your freedom in the broadest sense of the word will damaged by them c.q. the EU when you enter that EU community. I know it, born 1955 in the Netherlands and having seen all of this: the entanglement of all the separate ex Eastern Eurpean States, since the 1990's, they are choked by the EU, when they want to conserve their national values and their cultural identity. E.g: wiping out the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine, since october 2024, by a law of the Ukrainian parliament. Upload 25 November 2025.
