EVGA 3060 Ti XC Compression Artifacts in VR
I'm having an issue with this card in VR. When playing games through AirLink or Virtual Desktop on either the Quest 1 or Quest 2 for a few minutes, I start getting a weird compression artifacting situation.
I'm running with default settings in EVGA precision X1 and the temperature stays under 65-70 degrees C, GPU utilization under 90%. It slowly becomes worse until I cannot play.
I've tried the card in another machine with Windows 10, AMD 3700X, and an 850W power supply, and the same effect eventually happens. I can delay the effect for a few minutes by setting the power budget to 75% in Precision, but it eventually occurs again.
For further reference I tried HEVC and h264 encoding options in Virtual Desktop, but the effect occurs either way. I also tried an old EVGA 1070 Ti card in both machines, and it does not ever happen, leading me to suspect this card.
