How do Volume Groups differ from Dynamic Disk Pools in E-Series storage?

In E-Series storage, volumes can be created under Volume Groups and Dynamic Disk Pools. Both of these offer different capabilities for SAN storage in terms of RAID, failure handling, and so on. This video brings out the differences in these capabilities.
