Discord Something's Going on Here is a Discord bug that causes a unexpected screen to popup and force "Discord phone verification". This shows, that "Discord Something's Going on Here bug" will occur when you press "Accept DM" when someone DMs you.
Why Discord Something's Going On Here Happens?
It will happen frequently with these things: Changing username / pfp, joining server(s), sending / accepting friend request, DMing someone or accepting a DM by pressing the button.
